You can schedule 1:1 mentor sessions and take your 6 expert mock interviews until 3 months after your last mandatory class. Sessions not scheduled by then lapse.

Yes. TA support is available throughout your journey, even while the course is paused. You can also ask peers in the community groups, but a response from other learners is not guaranteed.

Pause lets you stop your program for a while. Previous recordings and doubt resolution stay available, but no new lectures are added during the pause. Reset lets you go back in increments of 30 days to redo lectures.

You receive a Program Certificate once you meet the completion criteria, and awarding it is at HPS BIM Institute’s discretion. HPS BIM Institute is not a university, and its certificates are not recognised by regulators such as AICTE or UGC. Please check that a program suits your needs before enrolling.

No. HPS BIM Institute does not give any placement guarantee. Learners are connected to opportunities through community groups and, for partner companies, an internal team. Help from that internal team ends 6 months after your last mandatory class.

For learners who have completed a Program, access may be discontinued after a 30-day notice period to download your assignments, code and notes. Access can also be withdrawn if you leave the course, breach the Terms, or your account is suspended or terminated.

Yes, if you inform us in writing and request the refund before the Refund Window expires. The window is counted from the date of the first class or session of your program. No refund requests are entertained after it expires.

Email info@hpsbimins.com within the Refund Window with the subject line “Requesting Refund / Cancellation of enrollment”.

Refunds are always paid to a bank account through NEFT, IMPS or RTGS, whatever payment mode you used originally. We may ask for documents such as a cancelled cheque to verify the account. We aim to process refunds within 15 days of receiving all the required information.

No. After the window expires there is no refund for lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the program, or any other reason.

If you withdraw outside the Refund Window, you must keep making any payments owed to the third party or financier. HPS BIM Institute has no obligation to cancel or waive those payments.

No. HPS BIM Institute does not store your card information. Payments run through partner payment gateways, and you agree to those providers’ own terms when you use them.

When you contact us or sign up, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and address, plus anything you choose to send us. We tell you what we need and why when we ask.

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request data portability. We respond to requests within one month.

By registering you authorise us to contact you by email, phone call or SMS, even if you are registered under DND, DNC or NCPR. This authorisation runs for 365 days from your registration.

Yes. Cookies store visitor preferences and the pages you visited so we can tailor the site. Log files record details like IP address, browser type and timestamps, and are not linked to personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has given us such information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

No. You must not share your login details, study materials, test materials or solutions to assignments and quizzes with anyone, through any medium.

Not unless the assessment explicitly allows it. Using unauthorised information, AI tools, materials or collaboration in HPS BIM Institute events counts as an academic integrity violation, and all assessments must be your own original work.

HPS BIM Institute may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach the Terms, if information you gave cannot be verified, or if there is suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity. Terminated users cannot re-register.

By using the platform you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the Terms and is responsible for your use and any charges.
